Impact Coaching

Impact coaching is included in each module of the Impact Programme as part of the process for enterprise development. It is the bridge between the Participant and the creation of the Impact Strategy, Impact Operations and Impact Tactics documents.

In developing Impact Coaching we have integrated theory, proven processes, and expert review in research to develop a new, process-driven competency model. This model builds on Participants’ personal strengths, knowledge, skills, and abilities, and coaches them on developing competencies to lead an expanding enterprise. It empower Participants’ strengths using the Impact Prism Profile. It expands their knowledge, skills, and abilities to enhance competence in leadership and management using the Impact Wheel and evaluates and accelerates progress in leadership and management.
